If you are replacing HVAC equipment or need help understanding an open permit, send us the details you have. If the installing contractor must make a correction, that work remains with the contractor.
How the permit process starts
1. Review the project. Share the job city, project address when requested, work description, contractor information, and current permit status. Let us know about any inspection notices or timing concerns.
2. Confirm responsibilities and price. We review the jurisdiction, required owner or contractor authorization, missing information, permit fees, and our service scope. Government fees, testing, and any retesting should be clear in the agreed quote.
3. Submit and coordinate. We prepare and submit the agreed permit materials, follow up on the application, and coordinate the relevant testing and paperwork with your project team.
4. Coordinate final inspection. Once the project is ready, we help arrange the final inspection and track the outstanding steps. The building department makes the final approval decision.
